The Fermain Academy offers local community groups and other private providers the opportunity to hire the school premises outside of school hours and during school holidays.
We currently have a Holiday Club using the main hall and external areas of the school during the school holidays, but some smaller classrooms may be available should all parties be able to come to an arrangement. The following areas are available to hire during the week between the hours of 5pm and 8pm:
School Hall and open use area – suitable for circuit classes, yoga, pilates, small training events, meetings, etc. Please be aware that in order to remain respectful to our neighbours, the school will not allow hire for large groups/parties that it deems may cause disturbance to our neighbours.
The cost of room hire is £20 per hour on weekdays, and £30 per hour on weekends. See Charging and Remissions Policy or contact the school for more information.
All bookings include the use of toilets and school kitchen if required.
